Susan, now joined by her daughter, Amanda Baab, G.G., A.J.P, know that their reputation as fine jewelers depends upon establishing trusting relationships. Whether repairing watches, appraising diamonds, or selling precious gemstones, they treat each customer as an individual. It is this quality of customer service that has made Baab's such a success.
